2-String Kite
A row strong link and a column strong link joined inside one box.
For a digit, find a row where it has exactly two candidates and a column where it has exactly two candidates, with one candidate from each in the same box. The other two candidates (the ends) are then connected by the pattern: at least one of them must be true.
Remove the digit from any cell that sees both ends.
Notation
2-String Kite: 2 can be removed from r1c2.
